Changes to Repeat Prescription Ordering 

From 02/01/2018 pharmacies will no longer be able to order prescriptions on behalf of patients at this practice. If this change affects you please make arrangements to order your own prescriptions directly from the surgery.

Extended Hours

From 18th September, we will be offering extended hour appointments from our main site,

Ley Hill Surgery in Mere Green.


They are offered 2 nights a week.

Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.


Please call the surgery as normal to book these appointments.

Wheelchair access is available and there is a disabled toilet. All patient services are provided at ground floor level but if any assistance is required please ask at the reception and a member of staff will be happy to help.
